Losing Count of All the Tattoos
My oldest daughter, Lekha, is only two, but I'm already preparing myself for the day she shows an interest in tattoos. I'm hoping it will come in the form of a question such as "Daddy, why do people get tattoos?" But more likely, it will come in the form of a vastly different question: "Daddy, would you like to see my tattoos? I'm really not sure how I'd respond to this -- aside from screaming my head off, that is.
